Büro Optimierung endet nicht wie viele denken bei der Prozess Optimierung, diese bilden erst den Anfang.

Zeit und Geld sparen
In der Tabelle habe ich dir einige Beispiele aufgeführt, um das Potential aufzuzeigen. Diese sind natürlich nur ein kleiner Ausschnitt.
Mit nur ein paar wenigen Kniffen, können locker 1 – 5 Stunden pro Woche herausgeholt werden. Tendenz eher höher. Hinzu kommen flüssigere Abläufe, weniger Aufwand, weniger Stress und Fehler.
Erfolgsbeispiel von Lukas (Selbstständiger Schreiner)
Lukas hat seine Rechnungserstellung mit Hilfe von ConsiFlow automatisiert und spart damit pro Monat so viel Zeit, dass er weitere Aufträge entgegennehmen kann. Sein Umsatz hat sich damit um 20% erhöht. Gleichzeitig hat er viel weniger Stress mit Rechnungen ausstellen, weil er kaum noch etwas machen muss.

During my 12 years in the office, I have gained a lot of experience in simplifying my work.

Contact persons: there were none. Forums were also not designed for what I needed.
That's when the idea for ConsiFlow was born, to bring everything together in one place. From the formula to instructions on rules in Outlook to courses. Everything should be found in one place so that you can reach your goal faster and easier.

My experiences with automating office processes
I was overwhelmed by my tasks for a long time because the processes didn't work for me. They were complicated, difficult to understand, time-consuming, and illogical to me. As a result, I didn't enjoy the work and kept putting it off a little longer each time.
For a long time, I just accepted it because it had to be done. But at some point, I couldn't take it anymore because the situation was causing me enormous stress. So I started to question and analyze my work processes and tried to improve them. I spent hours searching the internet for solutions and formulas. I was often frustrated and annoyed because I either didn't find what I was looking for or because it didn't produce the desired result. Over the years, I've learned so much that today I can quickly and easily adapt, improve, or automate processes.
The creation of ConsiFlow
At my last job, I was often asked to help adapt documents, incorporate automation, or even create them from scratch. This ranged from a small planning tool for the deployment schedule, forms with conditional formatting and calculations, bringing old documents into the new age, or simply troubleshooting problems and offering a few tips on how to make things easier. This showed me time and time again that there is a great need for support. Because not everyone has the understanding or knowledge. If you don't know what options are available, it becomes difficult to implement automation.
This gave rise to the idea for Consi. My knowledge, experience, and skills, captured on a platform that is available around the clock.
On Consi, I collect everything that seems helpful to me for tackling your problems, improving, optimizing, and automating processes, and also becoming more efficient.
Time, the main factor for automated processes in everyday office life
We don't need to perfect our processes and procedures; I'm much more concerned with simplifying complicated procedures. This will enable us to achieve our goals not only more efficiently and easily, but also more quickly. We often underestimate how much time we waste on poorly organized processes and procedures. This is valuable time that you could be using elsewhere.
Did you know?
– Excel can do much more than just add 1 + 1 together. You can automate statistics in Excel so that it only takes one mouse click to calculate them. You can use it to create warehouse software or cash register systems, issue invoices, process orders, and much more.
With Word You can create forms that automatically fill in customer data and addresses, perform intelligent calculations when a specific selection is made in a drop-down menu (e.g., investment applications, order forms for consumer goods), and create and save a PDF at the touch of a button.
With PowerPoint You can create your own templates for presentations, create really cool, impressive presentations, incorporate interactive slides, and create sections.
– Teams can do much more than just chat. You can create different teams and share documents, collaborate, make phone calls, and chat live within them.
– Outlook can not only save you a lot of time with rules and QuickSteps, but also organize, categorize, archive, or delete your emails. You can create groups and share emails with members.
I collect exactly these kinds of ideas, hints, tips, and tricks on Consi and provide you with courses on Microsoft applications. This helps you understand the applications and learn the basics of how to use them correctly.
