Im klassischen Outlook kann man manuell, \u00fcber die Schaltfl\u00e4che “Signaturen”, eine Signatur in einen Termin oder eine Besprechung einf\u00fcgen.<\/p>\n

Diese Funktion fehlt im neuen Outlook noch. Microsoft arbeitet daran, die Funktion auch im neuen Outlook zur Verf\u00fcgung zu stellen.<\/p>\n

Start des Rollouts beginnt im Dezember 2025 und wird Etappenweise umgesetzt.<\/p>\n

Besonders f\u00fcr externe Einladungen kann eine Signatur f\u00fcr die Kontaktaufnahme sehr hilfreich sein.<\/p>\n

M\u00fchsam nur, wenn man sie jedes Mal neu erstellen muss, respektive von einer E-Mail oder aus den Vorlagen kopieren und in der Termineinladung einf\u00fcgen muss.<\/p>\n
