Membership (ConsiFlow)

Codes that are issued for all plans in ConsiFlow may not be passed on to third parties. These codes may only be used to register your own employees.

Access will be blocked after termination of the subscription. There is no entitlement to content that was made available by ConsiFlow during the subscription. Exceptions are online courses that were purchased during the subscription (fee-based & free).

In the event of more than three delays in monthly payments (subscription), termination of the subscription cannot be ruled out. This is at the discretion of the provider.

Products and content that are not specially created or approved for ConsiFlow are excluded from the subscription and are subject to a charge, such as merchandise items (T-shirts, mugs, bags, images, etc.) from the store.

Videos, documents or other ConsiFlow exclusive content may not be shared, distributed or resold. In the event of repeat offenses, a termination on the part of Anbieterin be made. Any damage incurred can be claimed in court.

Login data

Under no circumstances may the personal login data be passed on to third parties. It is strictly forbidden to grant other persons access to ConsiFlow content.

Data protection

The information required for a purchase of the online courses can be used for internal purposes such as marketing, sales, invoicing and dunning. The data is stored for a period of at least two years.

Return

In the case of courses, the buyer may request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase, stating the reasons. In this case, access to the course will be withdrawn. The buyer has no right to keep digital courses.

In the case of merchandise items, the product can be returned within 30 days of delivery, faulty and in the original packaging, with the enclosed returns label. The costs (postage) will be borne by the customer. Personalized products cannot be returned.

In the case of services, justified complaints must be submitted within 30 days. In the event of a dispute, legal proceedings will be initiated.

Right of use / access

Online courses can be used as long as an active customer account exists and can be restarted as often as desired. The customer has no right to possession of the courses after closing his account, whether by himself or by the provider. These are only made available by the provider for use.

Membership (membership of ConsiFlow) is billed automatically on a monthly basis until further notice. As long as the subscription is active, the customer has access to the products it contains.

After termination of the subscription, access will be withdrawn. The customer has no claim to ownership of any membership content.

For all levels, all access contained therein will be withdrawn if the subscription is canceled.

Outstanding payments for subscriptions / legal action

Access can be temporarily blocked for all memberships if payments are missing.

If contributions are missing, the customer will be asked to pay a maximum of three times. After this, the provider is authorized to block access and initiate the legal process of debt collection by a debt collection company.
